Customers and users must use Hotel Flow Central services lawfully, securely, and in a way that protects guests, staff, systems, and third-party services.
Prohibited activity includes illegal conduct, fraud, billing abuse, unauthorized access, malware, credential sharing outside authorized users, scraping, excessive automated requests, spam, harassment, discriminatory use, sanctions violations, service interference, unauthorized resale, and misuse of confidential information.
Users must not store card numbers, CVV codes, passport numbers, government ID numbers, or unsupported sensitive guest information in notes, messages, descriptions, or other free-text fields. Sensitive data should only be processed through supported workflows with proper security, permissions, and legal review.
AI features must not be used for unlawful decisions, discriminatory profiling, final legal/financial/safety/employment decisions, guest deception, unsupported biometric identification, or generating content that users do not review before sending.
Hotel Flow Central may investigate suspected abuse and may suspend accounts, restrict features, remove content, notify administrators, preserve evidence, or report activity where legally required.
Enforcement may include warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, termination, preservation of evidence, or reports to appropriate authorities where required by law. Customers may contact info@hotelflowcentral.com about enforcement concerns.
